Create a Node.js stream.Transform for brotli compression with a custom dictionary.
Uses Node.js stream.Transform to provide chunked compression with a custom
dictionary, compatible with stream.pipeline() and pipe-based workflows. It
holds up to the first 4 MiB less 16 bytes (4,194,288 bytes) of the input,
and compresses an input that ends there into the output of
brotliCompressWithDict(). Past them, the Transform pushes compressed
output as the input arrives, still with the dictionary.
Output chunks hold at most readableHighWaterMark bytes (64 KiB by
default, 16 KiB on Windows).
