The format that the dictionary is for: 'zstd' or 'brotli'.
level?

The zstd compression level to prepare the dictionary for: an integer
from -131072 to 22, 3 by default, which 0 also selects. Compression
with the dictionary and without a level of its own compresses at this
level. Other levels work too: the dictionary prepares each on its first
use, and keeps the last 3 of them.
Brotli dictionaries take no level: leave it out.
