Compute the Jaro-Winkler similarity between two strings.
A modification of Jaro that gives more weight to common prefixes. Returns a value between 0.0 and 1.0.
Compares the Unicode code points of the strings as given: case, whitespace and Unicode normalization (NFC vs NFD) are not adjusted.
